  • All products on our website are handcrafted and hand-painted. As such, each item is unique and may vary slightly from the images displayed.

  • We endeavor to accurately represent our products, but slight variations in color, design, and pattern may occur due to the handmade nature of each item.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in India Ruppee and may be subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Payments: We accept payments via Razorpay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. Order Processing and Cancellations

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 15-30 business days due to the custom and handmade nature of our products. For custom designs, processing may take up to 30 business days.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, your order may be in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

  • As each product is bespoke and crafted to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for guidance. We may offer a repair or store credit as deemed appropriate.
