At Sab Hand Painted, we take pride in crafting bespoke hand-painted apparel that is as unique as you are. Below is an outline of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

 

1. Processing Time : As each piece is individually hand-painted and crafted with care, please allow 15-30 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. For custom orders or specially requested designs, processing times may extend up to 30 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

2. Shipping Options and Costs Domestic Shipping (within India): We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Express options are available at checkout for an additional charge.International Shipping: Shipping rates vary based on destination and order size. These rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Domestic Shipping : 3-7 business days after processing.

Express Domestic Shipping : 1-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping : 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

4. Order Tracking : Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) : For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and vary based on your country’s policies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on possible charges.

 

6. Delivery Issues : In case of any delivery issues or delays, please reach out to our customer service team at sabhandpainted@gmail.com. We are committed to ensuring your experience is as seamless as possible.If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, any additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

7. Changes to Orders : If you need to make any adjustments to your shipping address or details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sabhandpainted@gmail.com. Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.

 

8. Lost or Stolen Packages : We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
