Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Sab Hand Painted for your bespoke, hand-painted apparel. Each piece is crafted with care to ensure it meets the highest standards. Below is our Return and Exchange Policy to guide you in case adjustments or exchanges are necessary.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Since each item is custom-made and hand-painted, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our product.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement or repair.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for repair due to defects.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at sabhandpainted@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

  • Our team will evaluate your request and provide a solution, which may include repair at no additional cost.

3. Custom and Personalised Orders

  • All custom or personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with unique colour combinations, specific hand-painted patterns requested by the customer, or monogramming.

  • We encourage thorough communication during the design process to ensure you receive exactly what you envision.

4. Repair Process

  • If a repair is approved due to a quality issue, we will provide instructions for repairing the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the repair process.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For eligible repairs due to quality issues, we will cover the repair shipping costs. For all other cases, including any mutually agreed changes, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

6. Processing Time for Repairs

  • Once we receive your item for repair, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your repair. You will be notified via email once your repair has been processed.

7. Refunds

  • As all items are made-to-order, we do not issue refunds. Instead, eligible returns for damaged or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or store credit.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Most of the items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

    • Custom and personalised orders

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

    • Final sale items
